For the operational further development and professional coordination of the Computer Science and Digital Design degree programs, we are looking for a structured, communicative, and service-oriented personality as: Program Manager Computer Science and Digital Design Degree Programs Your tasks * Coordination of the operational study operations along the entire student lifecycle from entry into studies through ongoing study operations to graduation formats. * Planning and coordination of central dates in the academic year as well as ensuring reliable date and process logic. * Degree program-related communication via suitable channels such as Teams, Moodle or other internal platforms. * Support for the degree program management in operational and coordinative tasks including preparation, implementation, and follow-up of topics. * Coordination with study administration, lecturers, teaching staff, and other internal departments. * Central coordination of student concerns, feedback processes, concerns of the student representation, as well as topics such as study interruption, semester abroad, compensation for disadvantages, or examinations in coordination with the responsible specialist departments. * Contribution to the continuous improvement of the student experience and the operational quality in the degree program. Your qualification * You have experience in the coordination of educational offerings, university administration, project management, or a comparable function. * You have completed a degree (FH/Uni) in one of the fields related to the position and have a great interest in computer science topics and digital technologies. * You enjoy working at the interface between people, processes, and organization and communicate clearly, error-free, and appropriately for the target group with various stakeholders within and outside the university in German and English. * You perform your tasks proactively, with a high sense of responsibility and independence, and have the ability to structure complex processes and make responsibilities transparent. * You have very good organizational skills, a forward-looking way of working, and a high degree of reliability.
