Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Leading complex contract negotiations with international suppliers (including structuring and negotiating framework agreements with strategic suppliers) • Assessment and cross-functional management of legal issues (e.g., CRA, Data Act) with engineering, purchasing, and project management • Translation of complex customer contract requirements into robust and scalable supplier contracts • Support of claim and dispute topics with suppliers • Co-shaping digitalization (including use and further development of Legal-AI) and standardization of contract processes YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Master or Bachelor FH/Uni in business law with relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in contract management / purchasing / legal • Professional experience in the Swiss legal system • Assertiveness and negotiation skills • Business fluent German and English skills • Experience in the contractual securing of technical requirements in the procurement context for the production of complex capital goods with a long service life is an advantage YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscriptions and fitness subscriptions • Support for further education opportunities (financially or with part-time options) • Catering options in the Migros canteen Borhan Bas HR Business Partner \+41 79 581 03 55
