We are an independent, internationally active producer of food products. In addition to culinary products such as soups, sauces, seasonings, bouillons, instant coffees, breakfast drinks, and cereal bars, which we manufacture for retail and large-scale consumers, we have an extensive range of semi-finished products intended for the food industry.

Product and Portfolio Manager Foodservice Switzerland & Export 100%
Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you are the central product-side contact person for our entire Foodservice range in Switzerland and in Export. You manage, analyze, and further develop the existing range and ensure that our products remain current, marketable, and economically successful.
Your tasks particularly include:
Management, evaluation, and maintenance of the entire Foodservice range Switzerland & Export.
Planning, maintenance, and control of the sales budget as well as relevant range and portfolio key figures.
Monitoring and reviewing the existing range with regard to currency, market requirements, competitiveness, and economic efficiency.
Initiation and coordination of range changes, for example recipe adjustments, declaration adjustments, packaging topics, or eliminations.
Clarification of sales expectations including budget allocation for new additions.
Creation of market and competitor analyses regarding market attractiveness, market opportunities, price positioning, ingredients, differentiation, and requirements in Foodservice.
Development of concepts and decision bases for positioning, USP, communication, and range development.
Management and coordination of product and range projects for existing and new products.
Close cooperation with Product Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales Switzerland, and Export.
Maintaining contact with relevant suppliers within the framework of product-related topics.
Product-related support for Sales Switzerland and Export with information, analyses, and documents.
Hub function for product-related inquiries and complaints.
What You Bring
Commercial, gastronomic, technical, or business administration training, ideally with further education in the field of business administration, product management, food, or Foodservice (e.g., hotel management school).
Experience in a function related to products (e.g., product management, marketing, purchasing, or sales), ideally in the food environment or Foodservice.
Good understanding of ranges, products, market requirements, and economic relationships.
Enjoyment of food, culinary arts, numbers, analyses, and project work.
Analytical, structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
Ability to professionally coordinate various internal and external interfaces.
Very good German skills and good English skills, French skills are an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
