THESE ARE YOUR TASKS: ##

• Process development for CNC long turning machines in cooperation with production and experts for post-processing processes
• Programming, setup and optimization on CNC long turning machines
• Independent creation and optimization of CNC programs, incl. selection of suitable tools and machining strategies
• Active support of production employees with technical problems
• Creation and maintenance of setup documentation, process descriptions and work instructions
• Preparation and implementation of training on processes, materials and equipment of long turning machines
• Identification and implementation of process improvements (Lean Six Sigma)
• Performance of tests, studies and experiments (e.g. tool studies, capability analyses)
• Checking complex drawings for conformity, accuracy and technical feasibility.

Process Engineering Supervisor

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: ##

• Min. 3 years experience in the programming of CNC turning machines, ideally with Fanuc and Winflex controls (e.g. Star, Traub, Miyano, Maier)
• Ideally experience in a highly regulated industry such as medical technology.
• Very good IT knowledge, especially in handling Microsoft Office, SAP and CAM systems such as "Mastercam"
• Profound experience in the ISO programming of CNC long turning machines
• Completed technical training
• Fluent German skills, English at least basic knowledge
