Our Rheumatology and Immunology department is expanding rapidly and is looking for an empathetic and committed person, starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, to strengthen our motivated team as a Medical Assistant (CFC) or Community Health and Nursing Assistant (ASSC CFC) Rheumatology - Monday to Friday, 60 to 80% # Your tasks - our position Practical activities • Performing blood draws and coordinating sample shipping • Administration of s.c. and i.m. injections (vaccinations, medication) as well as instructing patients on the correct self-administration of s.c. medications • Supporting doctors during ultrasound examinations, joint injections, and skin biopsies Administrative tasks • Reception and care of patients, telephone management, and appointment scheduling • Management of patient files, sending of prescriptions, certificates, and letters • Supporting doctors in the maintenance of digital medical records and in reporting • Organization of consultations with KISIM software • Ordering and management of medical supplies and medications Your skills - our expectations • CFC as a Medical Assistant or Community Health and Nursing Assistant (ASSC) • Native German or French speaker, with very good oral knowledge of the other language • Autonomous, structured, and reliable working method, including in demanding situations • Stress-resistant, conscientious person oriented towards customer service • Open personality, enjoying teamwork and demonstrating flexibility • Acute sense of service and pleasure in practicing your profession Your possibilities - our offer • A meaningful activity, with a direct impact on patient satisfaction and at the heart of the needs of the regional population. • Enriching collaboration with bilingual colleagues from many professions in a dynamic environment. • Varied professional perspectives with possibilities for individualized continuous education and further training. • Regular hours, Monday to Friday, without night work or weekends. • Support in learning and perfecting German or French. • A family-friendly personnel policy, including a company nursery. • Excellent accessibility, both by public transport and by car (parking spaces available). • Modern and attractive employment conditions, in accordance with the CCT.
