Chinderdschungel places high value on pedagogical quality. For our nursery Chinderdschungel in Baden, we are looking for, as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, a dedicated group leader for the baby group. You are - - an enthusiastic, resilient and flexible person who is motivated to contribute your knowledge and skills to us. You are a true team player! Working with children is not only great fun for you, but you put your whole heart into care. You are responsible, warm-hearted and patient. You possess completed training as a specialist in care, child specialization, or an equivalent qualification such as state-recognized educator, then you are exactly right for us! We offer you a 40-hour week, up to 6 weeks of vacation, 13th month salary, no food deduction, various internal and external training opportunities, up to 200 CHF discount on public transport (Reka money)!
