In this versatile role, you are responsible for monthly payroll processing, personnel administration from entry to exit, as well as the maintenance of personnel master data, personnel files, mutations, and time management. In addition, you support employees and supervisors with administrative HR and payroll questions, participate in HR projects, take on tasks as a practical trainer, and contribute to the optimization of our HR processes. You bring experience in personnel administration and payroll processing in Switzerland. You have good knowledge of the social insurance system. Experience with Abacus and good Excel skills are an advantage. You work independently, exactly, and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with recurring deadlines and parallel tasks. A discreet and responsible handling of confidential personnel data is a matter of course for you. You convince through a service-oriented, friendly, and reliable personality. You communicate confidently in German and enjoy working with employees, managers, and external bodies.
