Job Description ##

As a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, you are an important part of the interprofessional nursing team and support patients during their stay and treatment process.

Your tasks include:

• Professional care and support within the scope of your competencies
• Accompanying and supporting patients with different psychiatric clinical pictures
• Support in everyday life and daily structure
• Promotion of independence and existing resources
• Observation of health status and communication of relevant changes
• Building a professional and trusting relationship with patients
• Collaboration with registered nurses and other interprofessional professional groups
• Ensuring a safe, appreciative, and resource-oriented environment
• Professional documentation and taking over organizational tasks

Requirement Profile ##

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• Interest in psychiatric nursing and care
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Empathy and an appreciative, respectful attitude
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Resilience and the ability to act calmly and professionally even in demanding situations
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interprofessional collaboration
• Good German language skills
