• In a varied mixture of telephone and personal consulting, you acquire new customers and sell needs-based health insurance and pension solutions.
• You manage the care of existing insured persons as well as daily customer contact independently and actively.
• You create offers, carry out administrative work, and arrange appointments with potential new customers.
• Your ideas are in demand: you participate in trade fair and booth activities and represent CONCORDIA on-site.

What you bring with you ###

• A completed basic vocational training in a sales-oriented environment and you are proficient in using a PC.
• Your German is convincing - whether speaking or writing - and forms an important basis for successful advisory discussions.
• Sales and consulting are your passion: You have a sense for people and can access an existing network, which you continuously expand.
• Communication is your strength: You appear confident and convince with your open and sympathetic manner. Independent and self-responsible working is a matter of course for you.
• You have completed the VBV training or are motivated to complete it - we will support you in doing so.
