Employment Temporary employment 100% Workplace Zürich Requirements \- Successfully completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or many years of professional experience in a property service - Conscientious, independent and resilient personality - Quick grasp and networked thinking - Customer-friendly demeanor and enjoyment of direct customer contact - Driver's license category B is an advantage Area of activity \- Gardening and garden maintenance in private gardens and properties - Green space maintenance in park facilities - Maintenance cleaning of stairwells - Inspection and maintenance of domestic technical systems - Communication and scheduling with external craftsmen - Winter service - Minor repair work
