Project Manager GU/TU Special Projects

You will take over the operational project management of demanding industrial and large-scale construction projects in the Zürich region, from execution to turnkey handover.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the economic achievement of objectives for new construction projects until turnkey handover
• Independent operational project management while complying with safety, deadlines and quality
• Active leadership of subcontractors, suppliers and specialist planners
• Leadership of the execution team consisting of site managers and other specialists
• Main contact person for clients, business partners and authorities

Profile

• Completed technical basic training with further training in construction or project management or a degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the leadership and control of demanding new construction projects in a TU/GU or construction management environment
• Sound practical experience in site management
• Experience as a general contractor, preferably in an international environment
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
