The Betagtenpflegeverein Biel-Seeland operates five nursing apartments for elderly people in need of care in Biel and in the Seeland. Eight to sixteen residents are cared for and looked after around the clock in a family atmosphere. Long-term care differently! Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Healthcare Assistant FaGe EFZ 60 - 100% Your tasks: • Individual and activating care and support of our 10 residents • Responsibility as a specialist in everyday life • Assistance in the further development of our care quality • Support in everyday life also in the kitchen, laundry or in domestic activities • Create daily structures that promote orientation and well-being • Meet challenging situations with calm, empathy and professionalism Your backpack: • Nursing diploma FH/HF or Healthcare Assistant EFZ (or equivalent) • High social competence and empathy • Remain calm and clear in demanding situations • Much understanding and patience in dealing with our residents • A portion of humor, reliability and a great sense of responsibility Your next step: Are you motivated?
