What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician, construction machinery mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or in a comparable technical profession with several years of practical experience
• Further training as a technician HF, automotive diagnostician or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Precise, independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility
• Ability to promote young people professionally and personally and accompany them with authentic leadership
• Military experience is an advantage, but not a requirement; the required technical knowledge will be imparted as part of a thorough introduction
• Very good German skills as well as ideally knowledge of a second official language and English

The Kommando Ausbildung (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss Army -- from recruitment through general basic training to officer training for the militia and the professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the Höhere Kaderausbildung, the Personelle der Armee, five training associations, the training center as well as the Fachstelle Frauen in der Armee und Diversity. One third of the approximately 2'350 employees are active in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting field and contribute to the success together with the professional military.
