Accounts Payable Clerk (80-100%) Location: Region Niederbipp (easily accessible by public transport and car) Duration of assignment: Mid-August 2026 – approx. February 2027 (temporary) Workload: 80-100% For our client – a leading and dynamic company in the Swiss health and logistics sector – we are looking for reinforcement for the Accounts Payables team starting mid-August. Your main tasks • Invoice processing: Independent validation and entry of accounts payable invoices for goods into the system. • Process & system work: Working with state-of-the-art software (SAP S/4HANA). • Clarification needs: Checking and following up on price or quantity differences in close cooperation with internal specialist departments. Qualifications What you bring with you • Education: Successfully completed commercial basic training (EFZ). • Experience: Verifiable practice in accounting (focused on accounts payable). • System knowledge: SAP knowledge (ideally SAP S/4HANA) is an advantage. • Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form. • Personality: Reliable, exact way of working and enjoyment of teamwork.
