This is what you can achieve • Ensuring the timely and correct execution of inventories at RUAG sites throughout Switzerland • Analysis of inventory data and initiation of improvement measures • Close collaboration with other departments (e.g. warehouse, logistics, controlling) • Participation in the further development of inventory methods and processes • Taking over incoming material in the assigned area of responsibility • Providing material based on equipment lists • Completing equipment orders, partly with preparation of goods • Unpacking incoming goods & packing goods to be shipped • Preparing goods for incoming goods inspection • Logistic support in current projects on site • Preparing material for outgoing goods • Booking goods receipts in the ERP system This is what you bring • Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ • Several years of professional experience in the field of inventory, warehouse management or logistics • Organizational talent with high independence and self-reliance • High sense of responsibility and precise and careful working methods • Strong service and team orientation • Flexibility and willingness to work, also outside regular working hours if necessary • Very good IT skills: SAP S/4HANA and Excel, as well as skilled handling of digital warehouse management • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills an advantage • Driver's license category B, forklift license, and crane operator's license an advantage Salary and benefits Do you master the forklift like Lewis Hamilton his Ferrari?
