Do you like to organize, maintain an overview even with many appointments, and enjoy contact with customers? Are you interested in technical products and enjoy working independently and precisely?

Then you have come to the right place.

To reinforce our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for our maintenance management. In this versatile role, you will combine customer care, administration, internal sales, and technical understanding.

Your tasks

• You manage our maintenance contract system for system separators and coordinate appointments with our customers and plant operators.
• You plan and agree on maintenance appointments and ensure reliable appointment processing.
• You prepare offers for larger maintenance work and accompany them from the inquiry to the order.
• You create, process, and monitor maintenance contracts, keeping an eye on deadlines and dates.
• You coordinate the administrative processes in maintenance management and ensure smooth order processing.
• You create order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
• You monitor delivery dates and maintain close exchange with our customers.
• You take over deputy duties in order processing and purchasing if required.

What you bring with you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
• Joy in customer contact and a good sense for sales – without cold calling
• Very good German skills as well as good French skills for customer care in French-speaking Switzerland (approx. 20 %)
• Interest and flair for technical products
• An independent, structured, and very precise way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in keeping an eye on various tasks and appointments at the same time
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong customer and quality orientation
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• An open, friendly, and solution-oriented personality
