Gamma SA, a company active in Project Management Delegation, Architecture and Works Management, offers a one-year internship as part of the training for commercial employee CFC with professional maturity (3+1 model). This internship allows for a concrete immersion into the administrative, financial and organizational functioning of a dynamic SME in the construction sector.

Your main missions ##

• General administration: mail processing, filing, archiving, document management, writing simple letters.
• Administrative support for projects: follow-up and preparation of documents, scanning, compilation of files, formatting of materials for meetings.
• Reception & communication: telephone and physical reception, management of general email inboxes, participation in the follow-up of internal communications.
• Participation in the life of the department: support during internal meetings, help with event organization, occasional tasks related to internal coordination.
• Discovery of SME processes: immersion in the administrative, financial, land and organizational fields.

Your profile ##

• Committed to the commercial professional maturity track (MP1 or MP2), looking for an enriching internship.
• Curiosity, motivation and open-mindedness.
• Excellent communication skills, ease in a small team and ability to adapt.
• Proactivity, autonomy, organization and reliability.
• Very good spelling and mastery of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Interest in the economic sector of the canton and in the enhancement of the territory
