What you can bring to us

• You ensure efficient and high-quality placement for our clientele.
• You ensure that appropriate positions are actively sought, acquired, and managed, and that clients corresponding to these positions are placed sustainably in the primary job market.
• You establish contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders, maintain these long-term relationships, and represent the placement service externally.
• You advise clients as well as employers with the aim of preserving existing jobs as much as possible.
• You examine effective job retention measures or actively advocate for assignment to adapted workstations within organizations.
• You work in close collaboration with our Service clientèle division and other internal sectors.

The professional skills that matter to us

• You have completed a CFC level professional training. Ideally, you have followed additional training in coaching, counseling, or socio-professional support.
• You have solid experience in placement and/or professional rehabilitation.
• You know the job market in the canton de Berne very well and have a good network of employers or can develop one quickly.
• AI benefits are familiar to you. You are ready to acquire the necessary specialized knowledge regarding placement and job retention.
• You like to actively contact companies and demonstrate skills in prospecting, communication, and negotiation.
• You work efficiently, in a solution-oriented and results-oriented manner, and you know how to maintain an overview even when faced with varied requirements.
• French is your native language. A good understanding of German is required.
