Draftsperson EFZ Architecture | Further developing digital planning 80-100 %

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Draftsperson EFZ specializing in architecture or architectural draftsman
• Experience in project, execution, and detail planning
• Good knowledge of Graphisoft Archicad and enjoyment of working with digital building models
• Constructive understanding and a good sense of architectural quality
• Curiosity about new digital tools and the willingness to question familiar working methods
• Interest in BIM, AI, and automation as well as the motivation to practically explore their possibilities
• Initial own experience with new digital methods is welcome
• Independent, careful way of working and enjoyment of developing solutions together in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing

Your role with us (planning and digital development)

You draw, model, and think further - and help shape how we plan tomorrow.

You prepare plans, details, and digital building models for our architecture projects. In doing so, you bring in your constructive knowledge and ensure precise, well-thought-out planning bases.

At the same time, you want to find out what is still possible digitally. Together with our project teams and the internal AI team, you test new tools and workflows on concrete tasks. What proves itself in pilot projects, we develop further and establish it throughout the entire company. Your experiences and ideas from daily planning make an important contribution to this.

In everyday life, this means

• Creating and further developing project, execution, and detail plans in Archicad
• Building and maintaining digital building models as well as checking plans and model data
• Developing constructive details in close cooperation with the project management and the specialist planners
• Recognizing recurring tasks and contributing ideas on how these can be simplified or automated
• Testing new digital tools and AI-supported workflows in pilot projects
• Participating in the further development of templates, modeling standards, and planning processes
• Checking new methods for quality, time savings, and everyday suitability
• Documenting findings and sharing successful working methods within the team

You are curious and enjoy trying things out. You ask questions, contribute your own ideas, and stick with it even if a first attempt does not yet lead to the goal. In doing so, careful work and reliable results are important to you. Collaboration, openness, and mutual learning are a matter of course for you.
