Lead Installer Heating and Sanitary (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of building technology, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Lead Installer Heating and Sanitary (m/f/d). In this role, you will combine practical installation with organization and leadership on the construction site. You can expect versatile new builds and renovations as well as the opportunity to take responsibility for your team and the execution.

Tasks

• Installation of heating, cooling, or sanitary systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Organization of installation work and coordination of daily construction site processes
• Technical leadership of the installation team as well as support with technical questions
• Control of the performed work regarding quality, deadlines, and safety
• Coordination with construction management, project managers, and other specialist departments

Profile

• Completed training as a Heating Installer EFZ, Sanitary Installer EFZ, or equivalent qualification
• Sound experience in new builds and renovations in building technology
• Confident reading of plans and technical diagrams
• Further training as a Construction Site Manager or Lead Installer is an advantage
• Experience in team leadership on medium or large construction sites is an advantage
• Business fluent German skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
