Thun \| 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Manage and take responsibility for the basic and continuing professional training sector in automotive professions at the Thun Army Logistics Center • Organize inter-company courses with apprentices and conduct specialized continuing education courses with qualified automotive personnel • Coordinate apprentice assignments and maintain close communication with superiors, involved practical trainers, and workshop managers • Act as a point of contact between the training company, apprentices, and parents, and ensure support for apprentices (training relationships, grade interviews, etc.) • Periodically update guidelines, instructions, and curricula, ensuring their respect and implementation at all times • Collaborate with the person in charge of initial and continuing training for the recruitment of apprentices and the further development of apprenticeship trades, as well as ensure the necessary resources and training programs in a future-oriented approach <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Completed technical apprenticeship (automotive mechatronics) with continuing professional training (at least as an automotive diagnostician) and relevant experience and practice certification. • Federal certificate of trainer or federal certificate of professional training manager, or willingness to follow a continuing education path in this sense. • Pedagogical and methodological skills, as well as predisposition to dealing with young adults • Military training desirable • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language <br /> In summary Become a mentor, role model, and pioneer for the next generation of automotive professionals.
