AI Empowerment Product Manager 80 - 100 % (f/m/d)

How you can make a difference:

• Define and drive the integration of AI into the portfolio across the product range.
• Identify customer needs and value factors with Machine Learning and AI, and translate them into customer requirements and roadmaps for new features, products, and services.
• Drive AI initiatives from initial concept to implementation through all development phases
• Work closely with product management and R&D in Switzerland, Romania, Germany, and the USA
• Act as an AI ambassador and internal advisor, enabling product teams to integrate AI without assuming ownership of their individual products.

Here is what you bring:

• Degree in chemistry, biology, or engineering or in a related field
• Experience in liquid handling and robotics, clinical diagnostics and/or life sciences
• Proven practical experience in using AI tools and translating AI capabilities into useful applications or workflows
• Good understanding of data-based products, software ecosystems, and machine learning concepts.
• Mandatory mastery of German; good English skills required for international collaboration

• Curious and enthusiastic about emerging technologies, with a pragmatic focus on customer and business value.
• Strategic thinker also capable of taking charge and driving ideas to their implementation.
• Effective communicator capable of clearly explaining complex AI topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative and comfortable working with product, software, engineering, scientific, and commercial teams.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and ready to constructively challenge existing approaches.
