SiAs Security Assistant At L+S, you will take on a versatile, responsible task in the security environment and become part of a dedicated company. You protect people, goods, and infrastructures, recognize risks early, and help shape the security culture. What you move You consistently implement applicable laws, regulations, and internal security guidelines and ensure their compliance. You recognize risks, weaknesses, and unusual situations early and initiate appropriate measures. You analyze accidents and participate in the development and implementation of prevention and improvement measures. You organize and coordinate the SHE area in your area of responsibility according to the specified guidelines. You work closely with internal teams such as maintenance, production, logistics, and cleaning as well as with authorities and external partners. You make an important contribution to the safety of persons and assets and support the development of a lived security culture. What you bring Education: Completed basic or further education Specialization: You possess a federal diploma as a specialist for occupational safety and health protection. Professional experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in the field of security, ideally in an industrial or logistical environment. Training as a fire protection officer is an advantage. You possess sound knowledge of security standards, industrial processes, as well as risk prevention and emergency procedures. You act calmly, professionally, and decisively even in challenging or stressful situations. You communicate confidently with employees, visitors, authorities, and external partners and have very good German skills in speaking and writing (C1).
