What you drive * You consistently implement applicable laws, regulations and internal security guidelines and ensure their compliance. * You recognize risks, weaknesses and unusual situations early and initiate appropriate measures. * You analyze accidents and participate in the development and implementation of prevention and improvement measures. * You organize and coordinate the SHE area in your area of responsibility according to the specified guidelines. * You work closely with internal teams such as maintenance, production, logistics and cleaning as well as with authorities and external partners. * You make an important contribution to the safety of persons and material assets and support the establishment of a lived security culture. What you bring * Education: Higher Vocational School * Specialization: You have completed further training as a Process Specialist with a federal diploma, as a Technician HF or a comparable technical or process-oriented training. * Professional experience: Ideally, you have training as a Fire Protection Officer. You bring experience in the field of security, ideally in the food industry or in a logistical environment. * You communicate confidently with employees, visitors, authorities and external partners and have proficient German language skills in speaking and writing (C1). * You know operational processes from practice, recognize connections quickly and want to contribute your knowledge specifically to occupational safety and health protection - you do not need prior knowledge in the ASGS area for this. * You bring a high level of responsibility, assertiveness and a solution-oriented way of thinking. * You like to approach people, can explain facts understandably and appear confidently at all hierarchical levels. * Ideally, you have sound knowledge of safety standards, risk prevention and emergency procedures.
