• Reception and consultation of customers in the showroom
• Customer care
• Project elaboration
• Creating drawings
• Creating calculations
• Drafting offers
• Creation of purchase contracts
• Contact person for interested parties and customers
• Contact person for service matters
• Assignments and tasks on the shop day
• Telephone service
• Elaboration of the budget in cooperation with the sales manager
