Job Description Support and continuous further development of complex network infrastructures in the enterprise environment Independent analysis and resolution of network disruptions (network troubleshooting) Responsibility for incident and change management in the network area Active participation in the further development of our monitoring and tool landscape Ideally, you bring experience from working at an IT service provider Qualifications Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent experience Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN Training or certifications from Cisco & Fortinet.
