Tasks

In the field of system engineering

• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, networks and ICT platforms
• Analyze and resolve faults as well as keep technical documentation up to date
• Participate in evaluations, migrations and implementation of ICT projects

In the field of vocational training

• Accompany, support and train learners with or without AI support
• Develop individual training plans and define learning objectives in accordance with the curriculum, INSOS-PrA or internal competency grids
• Transmit ICT basics as well as evaluate and document professional development
• Organize the planning of assignments, rotations, semesters and annuals
• Collaborate with AI offices, vocational training offices, employment coaches and partner companies
• Support learners in the transition to the first or second labor market

Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist CFC, preferably in systems technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience in the ICT field
• At least four years of practical experience in systems technology
• Vocational trainer certificate obtained or willingness to follow it
• Joy in training and supporting learners with varied profiles individually as well as ability to transmit ICT knowledge in a clear and practical manner
• Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented work with a pronounced sense of service and team spirit
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
