What you move

• You independently create our high-quality dishes and fully express your culinary creativity in doing so
• You arrange the dishes attractively and carefully with an eye for detail
• You assist in the design of the offers, as well as developing and contributing new ideas and creations
• Of course, it is not possible without HACCP, so you naturally comply with this consistently and implement it

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialization: as Koch*Köchin EFZ mandatory
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
• When things get heated and everyone is swimming, you stay cool and dry and ensure a smooth process
• You are so well organized that the spontaneous changes in plans of our banquet guests do not throw you off concept
• It is clear to you that in gastronomy you also occasionally stand in the kitchen on weekends and late at night
• German (B1)
