What you achieve Holistic and independent advice for private customers and employees regarding real estate financing (EFH, STWE, and MFH) - online, by telephone, and personally on-site Addressing, accompanying, and supporting through the entire financing process - from the initial consultation to the payout - for refinancings, increases, as well as replacement procurements Creating property valuations and capitalization assessments (WUP and IAZI) Development of sustainable and individual financing solutions including tax aspects, amortization strategies, and pension topics (2nd and 3rd pillar) Active solution finding and condition negotiations with financial partners on behalf of and in the interest of the customers Identifying customer needs in connection with insurance solutions and forwarding them to insurance advisors Ensuring an efficient and smooth financing process - from initial contact to completion What you bring Commercial training or higher vocational training in the financial sector (HF, FH or comparable) Several years of experience in mortgage advisory at a bank, insurance company, or financial intermediary Confidence in handling complex financing solutions as well as enjoyment in the combination of consulting and sales Strong negotiation skills and proficient German language skills, other language skills (English, ösisch or Italian) are a plus High customer and service orientation as well as a winning, communicative personality with digital affinity Independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a high quality standard Collaboration that makes a difference We believe in collaboration at eye level, mutual trust, and people who want to take responsibility.
