Pflegefachperson HF at 60% Responsibility/ Main tasks • Independent, competent and resource-oriented care of our clients in the home environment • Direct exchange with our customers, relatives and the interdisciplinary team • Digital documentation for efficient work organization with Perigon • Assumption of extended responsibility and co-design of modern nursing processes, case management • Daily responsibility in intervals   Qualification/ Requirements • Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas) • Inter Rai HC knowledge is an advantage or willingness to complete the basic course • Proficient in the application and execution of the entire nursing process including needs assessment • Joy and motivation in nursing in the outpatient sector • High social competence, teamwork skills and empathy • Very good German skills in speaking and writing at least B2 • Driver's license Cat.
