To strengthen our team in Global Manufacturing and Process Technology (Global MPT), we are looking for a dedicated Group Leader Cleaning Validation, Manufacturing & Process Technology (a) 100%     Your tasks:   • Leading and expanding a local cleaning validation team in Bubendorf • Promoting professional expertise, knowledge management, and talent development within the team • Supporting the cross-site standardization of cleaning validation processes within Global MPT • Close cooperation with the cleaning validation group in Bubendorf • Responsibility for the conceptual aspects during the implementation of cleaning validations in Bubendorf • Support with requests regarding cleaning validation in audits • Active participation in strengthening the GMP and HSE culture in the team and the production environment • Establishment and continuous improvement of cleaning validation processes and standards   Your profile:   • Completed studies in chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, process engineering, biotechnology, or a comparable field, ideally with a doctorate • Experience in cleaning validation, as well as several years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment • Leadership experience and the ability to promote ownership and engagement • Good knowledge of chemical production, process engineering, plant planning, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH Q7, FDA, EMA) • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Structured, precise, and quality-conscious way of working with high standards for documentation and compliance • Independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to develop solutions in complex or unclear situations • Team-oriented personality with clear, open communication and the ability to bring different interfaces together   Our offer:   • A dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development and further training opportunities • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office and the option to take additional vacation days with a reduced workload • Internal company daycare (KITA) on the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for extra-mandatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy, and diverse food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovation forward together with us?
