Your profile ------------ * Diploma in catering or hotel management (CFC, CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent); * Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position; * Mastery of current cooking techniques; * Ability to work independently and manage a service; * Good adaptability and reactivity; * Experience in pastry is an asset; * Fluent French; * Flexibility and availability: evening work, weekends and public holidays. * Good knowledge and respect for HACCP standards. Conditions of engagement: A clean criminal record and extract from the debt collection office/attestation banque de France (cross-border worker).
