It intervenes when no satisfactory solution for the person concerned could be found within the family framework, with relatives, or with any other institution capable of providing assistance. Organized into 7 sectors and 12 chambers, it brings together magistrates as well as employees with varied profiles, who work together to fulfill public service missions with a strong human dimension. Two sector managers at 80%-100%, [classe 23] Your mission In close collaboration with the direction of the jurisdiction, you assume the leadership of the sector placed under your responsibility, comprising clerks and deputy clerks. You also contribute to the management of the jurisdiction by providing the direction with your analyses and expertise on the issues specific to your sector. You ensure the steering of projects concerning your sector and actively contribute to projects of jurisdictional scope. Depending on needs and upon delegation from the direction, you participate in transversal or institutional projects and may ensure their steering. In the exercise of your responsibilities, you work in close collaboration with the direction, the magistrates, your fellow sector managers, as well as with the métier referents, whose expertise contributes to the management and development of your sector's activities. Your profile You hold a university degree at bachelor's or master's level and have certified training in management or deemed equivalent. You have 5 years of experience in team management and leadership, preferably acquired in the judicial field or within an administration. Having solid managerial skills, you know how to create a climate of trust, constructive, positive, and professional. Your natural leadership, team spirit, and keen sense of communication allow you to both unite teams and collaborate with the direction and your peers on large-scale projects. Having a strong sense of public service, you possess excellent stress resistance and know how to reconcile global vision with operational constraints.
