About this offer The Fondation Mode d’emploi aims to fight against professional and social exclusion. Its mission is to offer, in Suisse romande, a wide range of assessment, orientation, counseling, development, and skill validation services, intended for people in employment, in professional transition, or facing difficulties in the labor market. As part of its development and in order to complete its teams, the Fondation Mode d’emploi is looking for, for its Payerne site: Two Professional Development Advisors (-psychologist) at 80% CDM until 31.12.2026 Your profile: Holder of a Master's degree in psychology, with specialization in counseling and orientation; clinical; or work and organizations; or Holder of a recognized training in the field of socio-professional integration (Bachelor in social work; other diploma/certificate in the field of coaching) Having confirmed experience in socio-professional integration support and TRE coaching (job search techniques) Ready to invest yourself in favor of people facing difficulties in the labor market due to social and professional barriers (young public 18-25 years old and adults), benefiting from disability insurance or social assistance Very good knowledge of the job market and legal support systems (LACI/RI/AI) Developed interpersonal skills and ease in oral and written communication Ability for teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment and capacity to collaborate in shared governance Mastery of common coaching tools, specific tests, and usual Office office tools We will entrust you with the following tasks: Establishment of a situational assessment, orientation, and definition of objectives Elaboration and monitoring of a realistic and achievable professional project Coordination of the network around the beneficiary (referrers, internal/external interveners, companies, vocational schools, etc.) Individual coaching and motivational interviews aimed at facilitating access to certifying training or a successful return to employment Skill evaluation, monitoring of internships, and writing of reports Psychosocial support of beneficiaries throughout the entire integration or training process Your professional context will include notably: A varied activity within a motivated and multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic institution and in shared governance (sociocracy) Interesting working conditions (working hours, holidays, loss of earnings, LPP, etc.) Salary scale: between CHF 80’000.- and CHF 113’000.- gross annual / 12 months (at 100%) If you think you match the profile and feel concerned by our mission to fight against socio-professional exclusion, please send your complete dossier (cover letter, CV, training certificates and work certificates) until 12 August 2026 by responding to our advertisement published on the site www.jobup.ch .
