To strengthen our team in Pratteln (BL), we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as a Dispatcher Your tasks You enjoy disposing of our vehicles and organizing 2-man deliveries in the field of furniture and appliances. You are responsible for planning and coordinating the deployments of drivers and fitters, processing orders independently, and ensuring timely delivery. In addition, you record and scan delivery notes and create loading lists. As a contact person for drivers and fitters, you coordinate the interface between the warehouse and disposition and ensure the profitability of the tours. You take on administrative tasks and work in shift operation with structured handover. Our requirements For this position, you bring a completed commercial or logistical training as well as experience in a comparable position, preferably in disposition. You have good knowledge of ARV1 (Working and Rest Periods Ordinance) and take into account the legal driving and rest times in your planning. You are characterized by organizational talent, a structured way of working, as well as stress resistance and flexibility. Teamwork and pronounced communication skills round out your profile. Very good German language skills are required, additional language skills are an advantage. Safe handling of MS Office is required. The willingness to work shifts (5 days of deployment between Monday and Saturday) is also expected.
