Your missions
At the heart of our growth, you will hunt for the best IT talents and support our teams on strategic projects.
– Sourcing & IT hunting: identification and direct approach of scarce and high value-added profiles.
– Recruitment: conducting interviews, situational assessments, evaluation of skills and the suitability of candidates with the mission needs and the company culture.
– Tenders: detection of needs and constitution of files for public markets.
– Follow-up & loyalty: integration and career follow-up of consultants on mission.
– Client relations: continuous listening to needs and monitoring of client satisfaction.

Your profile
– Experience: successful experience in recruitment and knowledge of IT professions. You master conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
– Assets: excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, organization and listening skills.
– Presence: position at 80 to 100 % on site in Porrentruy.
– Languages: fluent French (C1/C2), English (B2), German (B2)
