We are a specialized personnel service provider that has been recruiting tailor-made employees for our customers from all over Northwestern Switzerland since 2008. For our customer, a manufacturing industrial company from the lower Fricktal, we are looking for, by agreement:

Sales Assistant Inside Sales 80% (m/f/d)

Activities:

Do you like being the person where all the threads come together? Perfect!

• Support customers by telephone, via email and through digital channels
• Record, check and cleanly process orders in SAP
• Coordinate delivery dates, quantities and special requests
• Help customers competently with questions and keep a cool head during complaints
• Maintain customer master data, prices and delivery conditions
• Daily route planning and coordination with logistics
• Prepare delivery documents and loading lists
• Check stocks and assist with inventories
• Think along and help shape process and software optimizations
• Step in during team absences

In short: You ensure that an order ultimately becomes a successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Commercial training an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in sales-inside sales
• SAP knowledge an advantage or the willingness to learn
• Very good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 / Office
• Very good German in speaking and writing
• Very good English in speaking and understanding, good knowledge in speaking and writing
• Good French skills in speaking and understanding
• Organizational talent with a structured and reliable way of working
• Team player with flexibility and initiative
• Open, willing to learn and interested in the products and processes of the company
• Even when it gets hectic: You keep an overview and your sense of humor
