Your Mission

• Sales expansion & new customer acquisition: You specifically develop the Winterthur economic region, recognize market potentials and continuously expand the regional network with potential business contacts, specifically win new customers and continuously expand your customer base
• Customer care: You look after and advise existing customers and sustainably develop business relationships further
• Customer development: You carry out professional requirement analyses, present our personnel services convincingly and develop goal-oriented, individual solutions for our customers
• Management: You lead the Winterthur branch with three employees and bear the responsibility for their sustainable and successful further development

Your Profile and Background

• Background: You have a completed vocational training. Supplementary training in the field of economics or personnel is an advantage
• Experience: Several years of experience in personnel consulting is mandatory
• Appearance: As a winning communication professional, you convince through your strong communication skills, your negotiation skills, your strong determination and your very good interpersonal skills
• Motivation: You have the ambition to actively develop an entire region and make it sustainably successful
• Doer qualities: You are characterized by a pronounced doer mentality as well as a high degree of performance and service readiness
• Leadership: You have already led teams and bring experience in the leadership and development of employees
