School Social Worker (Primary Level 45%) Ehrendingen, the vibrant community in the countryside, operates an integrative school with 5 kindergarten and 17 primary school departments. Around 60 teachers instruct 450 students in four school buildings. The educational and childcare offerings of the Ehrendingen community are central location factors. We are looking for a committed personality as a School Social Worker (Primary Level 45%) to start as soon as possible. Become part of our team and support our students in their personal and social development. Your tasks You advise, support, and accompany children, parents, and teachers in challenging school and life situations. You support the school in developing and implementing preventive programs. You moderate conflict situations and crisis interventions in classes. The interdisciplinary collaboration with school administrators and teachers in the sense of a positive school culture is your responsibility. You coordinate and network with other services and specialist agencies. You are familiar with keeping case documentation and statistics. Your profile You have a university of applied sciences degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a comparable education. You have professional experience as a School Social Worker. Advanced training in systemic work/counseling is an advantage. You bring a high level of methodological competence in the areas of prevention, mediation, conflict management, and intervention. Intercultural competence and excellent communication and negotiation skills are part of your personality. You are an organizational talent, have good self-management, and are resilient.
