Companion Employment 35% (flexible relief function on monthly salary) The employment group is a supported workplace for people with support and development needs. You develop and accompany offers in the areas of perception, nature and movement, creativity, and service. As a relief worker, you support the team during short-term absences due to illness, accident, or other outages. Your work assignments are distributed over five days per week, from Monday to Friday.
