Your tasks
Accepting and coordinating support requests from our customers
1st and 2nd level support based on our technologies (Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 / VDI systems (Horizon, Citrix) / Sophos Firewall)
Monitoring the monitoring system and employee and alert handling in the Security Operations Center
Carrying out maintenance
Collaborating in IT projects
