Reporting to the Direction Transformation & Technology, you are responsible for the availability, security, and performance of the entire IT infrastructure. You lead the IT operational teams and ensure a reliable, secure environment adapted to the needs of our employees. You actively contribute to the digital transformation of the company by guaranteeing the robustness of the technological foundation. Your main responsibilities • Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) • Lead Systems & Networks, User Support, Workplace, and Cybersecurity activities • Ensure quality of service to users • Define and apply the cybersecurity and access governance (IAM) policy • Supervise daily IT operations: support, supervision, backups, interventions • Manage service providers, suppliers, and IT contracts related to the infrastructure • Ensure service continuity and the management of major incidents • Administer the license portfolio and monitor budgetary commitments • Manage, develop, and structure a technical team of 4 to 5 people with complementary profiles (systems, support, workplace) • Produce regular reporting to the Direction Transformation & Technology IT Infrastructure & Security Manager (M/F) Your profile • Higher education in computer science, information systems, or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site environment (retail, distribution, or a sector demanding high availability) • Solid skills in hybrid infrastructure (on-premise / cloud), networks, virtualization, and security • Proven experience in managing technical teams, with at least 4 to 5 employees under direct responsibility • Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Azure, M365), ITSM principles, and cybersecurity frameworks • Operational rigor, sense of service, and results orientation • Ability to work transversally with business and IT teams in a transformation context • Fluent French is essential, English is an asset • Analytical mind, autonomy, and sense of responsibility We offer you • An indefinite duration contract, guaranteeing stability and long-term perspectives • A healthy balance between professional and private life: 40-hour week, flexible hours, and one day of teleworking per week possible • 25 days of vacation per year, increasing based on seniority • Additional benefits If you recognize yourself in this description, please send us your application by email (including curriculum vitae, cover letter, copies of work certificates and diplomas).
