Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) A warm and humorous basic attitude Enjoyment of versatile challenges Good German skills in speaking and writing Experience in the care & accompaniment of trainees (SVEB 1 is an advantage or the willingness to complete it)
