Team Leader Facility Management

What you can achieve with us.

In this versatile role, you take over the management and coordination of facility management services for several customer locations. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things, the following tasks:

• Creation and monitoring of the annual budgets per mandate
• Cost and budget control as well as KPI monitoring
• Creation of reports and analyses
• Ensuring standardized service delivery
• Control and optimization of Service Level Agreements
• Support in the implementation and de-implementation of mandates
• Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
• Support in the acquisition of new mandates
• Compliance with internal guidelines and conducting safety rounds
• Leadership and development of your employees
• Technical involvement and support in maintenance and repair

What defines you.

You are a passionate service provider with high quality standards and bring the following:

• Bachelor of Science in Facility Management with a technical and commercial background
• Technical basic training in the field of HLKS or electrical is desirable
• Several years of experience in leading teams
• Very good IT skills (MS Office, and ideally also in the Planon CAFM system, RTM, SAP Fiori, Basware)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (English/ Italian is an advantage)
• Sound business understanding
• Strong customer orientation and high social competence
• Enjoyment in the leadership and development of employees
• Residence in the Sargans-Chur region is an advantage
