Requirements:

• proven experience in the role;
• knowledge of dough and different leavening techniques;
• ability to work independently and under pressure;
• speed, precision and attention to quality;
• order and cleanliness of the workstation;
• ability to collaborate with the rest of the kitchen;
• availability to work on shifts, on weekends and on holidays;
• seriousness, punctuality and flexibility.
• availability required immediately or from the first days of July.

• workplace Locarno
• 100% occupation
• employment from now on, with an indefinite contract
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary based on the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
