We wish to recruit an After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)

Your mission :
----------------

• Troubleshooting and diagnosis: identify the origin of malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, collect technical information on site, carry out measurements and sketches, then transmit the essential elements for the commissioning of the equipment.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance: control, analyze and maintain installations in order to ensure their performance, their reliability and the safety of users.
• Installation of new motorizations: ensure the installation, adaptation, connection and commissioning of motorization systems on various equipment.
• Commissioning of installations: carry out connections, proceed with adjustments and perform the necessary tests to guarantee the proper functioning of the products in our range.

Now shall we talk about you?

• Holder of a CFC in electromechanics, electrician or a training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in fault diagnosis and maintenance of installations. Experience in the field of automatic doors and/or loading dock systems constitutes a serious asset.
• Comfortable with working at heights; possession of an aerial work platform and/or lift license is an advantage.
• Good command of reading electrical diagrams and technical plans.
• Holder of a category B driver's license.
• Autonomous, versatile, rigorous and organized person, possessing an excellent sense of analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with easy communication both with clients and with the various stakeholders on the construction site.
• Ability to ensure the administrative follow-up of interventions, notably the drafting of reports and technical accounts.
• Flexible and available to ensure variable hours, including on-call duties, evening or night interventions.
• Residing in the region or nearby.
