The Central Swiss BVG and Foundation Supervision (ZBSA) is the independent supervisory authority for around 800 pension institutions and non-profit foundations in the six central Swiss cantons. It offers a pleasant working climate, flat hierarchies, and a modern workplace in a central location in Luzern. We are now commissioned to address you as Managing Lawyer / Managing Director (80 - 100%) You lead a committed, manageable team of twelve specialist employees in legal and audit examinations and create the conditions for the supervisory function to be effective and forward-looking. You are responsible for managing the budget, resources, and strategic goals, and ensure the reliable fulfillment of the performance mandate within the given global credit. Additionally, you conduct demanding procedures yourself and lead your teams. In doing so, you ensure efficiency, legal certainty, and solution-oriented approach in case management. As a competent representative of the ZBSA vis-à-vis cantons, pension institutions, and foundations, you actively shape intercantonal cooperation and work closely with the Concordat Council or the Presidency. To do this, you have a master's degree in law, a lawyer's patent, or equivalent training, e.g., as a business economist with a CAS in law, social insurance law, compliance, etc. You also have a reference to occupational pension provision BVG. Several years of professional experience enable you to safely assess complex legal issues. Experience from administration or courts is an advantage. You communicate authentically, in an address-specific and convincing manner, build sustainable relationships, and move sovereignly in different interest constellations. As an experienced leadership personality, you promote the performance and development of your employees.
