Due to our long-standing Chief Physician reaching retirement age, we are looking for a committed, entrepreneurially minded and inspiring personality as Chief Physician Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation for our renowned rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach.

With around 200 beds, our rehabilitation clinic in Bad Zurzach offers a comprehensive rehabilitation range at a high medical level. The range of services includes neurological, musculoskeletal, internal-oncological as well as geriatric rehabilitation. Together with a highly qualified interprofessional team, we are committed every day to first-class patient care and the continuous further development of rehabilitation.

Your Tasks

As Chief Physician, you shape the medical direction of your department and actively help shape the future of our location.

You will specifically undertake:

• Medical Management: You bear the medical, technical, personnel and strategic responsibility for your department and actively help shape its further development as well as the medical development of the Bad Zurzach location
• Patient Care: You see yourself responsible for high-quality patient care through the active co-design of innovative care and treatment concepts
• Leadership Responsibility: You undertake the leadership, promotion and further development of senior, specialist and assistant physicians according to our leadership values «Together, creative and clear»
• Interdisciplinary Cooperation: You strengthen close cooperation at eye level with nursing, therapy, hotel management, administration and other specialist departments
• Professional Network Maintenance: You build relationships with referring physicians, hospitals and other institutions, or deepen existing networks
• Further and Continuing Education: You shape the initial, advanced and continuing education of physicians and related professional fields

Your Profile

You are a humanly convincing leader with high medical competence and the desire to actively drive changes forward.

What you bring with you:

• Professional Qualification: You possess a specialist title in a field relevant to musculoskeletal rehabilitation (Rheumatology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, General Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics)
• Leadership Experience: You bring several years of leadership experience in a senior medical function, ideally in rehabilitation or a related specialist field
• Social Competence: You possess pronounced social and communication competence as well as the ability to inspire, promote and develop people. In addition, you enjoy interprofessional cooperation and networked thinking
• Joy of Innovation: You act entrepreneurially and possess an innovative spirit and interest in the strategic further development of a modern rehabilitation clinic
• Working Method: You are independent, structured, solution-oriented and proactive
• Formal Requirement: You possess a professional practice license (BAB) or are willing to acquire it
