YOUR FUTURE TASK # Incoming invoice verification: • Formal and substantive verification as well as booking of incoming invoices • Carrying out correct pre-posting • Regular clarification with internal departments in case of unclear issues Payment processing: • Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs • Consistent monitoring of payment deadlines and optimal use of discounts • Professional management of open liabilities Accounting & reconciliation: • Ongoing reconciliation of creditor accounts • Clarification of differences and discrepancies directly with suppliers • Active support in monthly, quarterly and annual closing works Supplier communication: • Central point of contact for suppliers for all invoice and payment questions • Solution-oriented clarification of open or incorrect invoices Processes & systems: • Careful maintenance and updating of supplier master data • Driver of process automation: Active coordination of modern workflows and continuous optimization of digital incoming invoice processing. # YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING # Education: • Successfully completed commercial basic training and/or a higher qualification • Ideally with further training in the field of accounting Experience: • Solid professional experience in accounts payable accounting, in the German, preferably German, Polish and Austrian environment. Way of working: • A very precise, structured and independent way of working • High quality awareness IT skills: • Safe handling of common ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP HANA, preferably additional VIM) • Good MS-Office skills (especially Excel). Personality: • Communication strength and assertiveness in dealing with suppliers and internal interfaces • Team spirit and reliability Languages: • Negotiation-secure German language skills • Any additional language (French/English) is a welcome advantage.
