Bilingual Security Control Room Operator (part-time, m/f/d)
What you can contribute
Management of Control Room and security center activity in an exceptional setting
Manipulation of alarm systems, video surveillance and technical installations using modern tools
Site surveillance
Deployment of necessary resources on call/request for fire, medical and/or malicious events
Writing of activity and event reports
Teamwork, 3x8 shifts (24h/24h and 365j/year)
What you bring
Irreproachable honorability (no criminal record, no debt collection proceedings, no certificates of loss or bankruptcy)
Swiss nationality, Permit C, B with authorized lucrative activity (for more than 2 years if Third-State) or EU/EFTA national
Perfect command of spoken and written French
Writing proficiency to fill in the logbook and write documents
Mastery of English at minimum level B2
Previous experience of at least one year in the security field with at least 6 months of experience in a control room
Good knowledge of standard IT tools (Office 360 Suite)
Experience as a security operator or in alarm management, a serious asset
Technical skills in video protection, alarm, transmission or communication and access control systems
Highly developed sense of responsibility and discretion, of vigilance and discretion
Great autonomy, ease in managing emergency situations
Sense of contact at all levels and mediation in case of conflict situations
Spirit of initiative, very good management of priorities and good general culture
Particular attention and sensitivity to details, self-control and interpersonal skills in all circumstances
Excellent physical condition, presentation, rigor and precision
