What awaits you: Setting up and monitoring injection molding machines, unloading robots and post-processing equipment Ensuring smooth and high-quality production Carrying out samplings, homologations and process optimizations Planning and controlling production orders (deadlines under control, output in focus) Instruction, supervision and support of the employees in the injection molding department Documentation and analysis of manufacturing parameters as well as malfunctions What you bring: Mandatory qualification as a plastics technologist with experience in MIM/CIM or sound practical experience as a setter in injection molding (or comparable function) Technical understanding of injection molding machines, machinery, robots as well as system and process management Quality awareness, initiative and focus on continuous optimization Willingness to take on responsibility and pass on knowledge Willingness to work in 2-shift operation ( Uhr) Very good German skills in speaking and writing What we offer: Exciting and varied position in an internationally active environment An attractive compensation package including flexible working hours, a modern workplace, individual development perspectives Assumption of 60% of the pension fund as well as many other benefits Ready for the next step?
